Job description: Colorworks Express Autobody Centers is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This person is an integral team member to shop operations, provides a high level of face-to-face customer service and supports customers? needs throughout the repair process. The CSR is the first point of contact for all customers whether on the phone or in person; provides strategic administrative support to front office staff; and ensures the effective, efficient and accurate administration of front office admin tasks. *Responsibilities:* * Provides courteous assistance to customers and educate customers on collision repair process * Face-to-face interaction with customers * Taking photos of and evaluating vehicle damage * Capturing a complete list of customers? expectations and if necessary, educating on service deliverables * Understanding specific insurers' claims processing policies and processes and following them accordingly * Scheduling estimate appointments and calling customers. * Record keeping i.e. assignments, insurance instructions, and customer communication notes. * Timely two-way communication with/ between internal and external customers * Answer the phone, direct calls, and take messages as required. * Maintain appearance of the storefront, ensuring it is cleaned daily and always tidy. * Providing administrative services effectively and efficiently to ensure that files are accurate and up to date.
