As a Canadian owned and operated facility located in Tillsonburg Ontario, we strive to produce great tasting, health conscious products. *Why Join Us?* * Great company culture * Benefit packages * Working directly for Tillsonburg Custom Foods * Opportunity for growth and learning within the company * Casual Dress *Visit our website*: http://tcfoods.ca/ *Hours:*6:00 am to 2:30pm, Monday - Friday, Overtime on weekend if business requires. *Job Requirements:* · Maintain a clean and organized work area; · Performs complex work assignments in the discipline with normal supervision; · Performs routine work assignments in the following disciplines; electrical, welding, fabricating, plumbing; · Read and understand technical bulletins, manuals, instructions and blueprints; · Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete standard work; · Maintain, troubleshoot, and repairing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment; · Provide support in facility related projects and preventative maintenance tasks; · Identify and support continuous improvement effort with Production Manager · Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and fix irregularities and malfunctions; · Follow TCF?s health and safety rules, policies, work instructions and SOPs · Additional duties as assigned. *Qualifications / Characteristics* : · 433A certification is required · Post Secondary Certificate or equivalent · Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications; · Ability to work in a moderate to cold working environment; · Ability to remain flexible and adapt to fluctuating work requirements; · Ability to work overtime and weekend as needed to complete all assigned tasks/duties · Strong preventative maintenance and troubleshooting ability is a must.
