This will include:Respond effectively to requests for information and inquiries from internal and externalStakeholdersOffer consistent and accurate information to clientsAccess and update a variety of case management systemsProcess paymentsPerform general office duties as requiredWho you areYou possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:Need to have:Successful completion of one (1) year post-secondary education in a related field;Minimum of three (3) years related work experience;Successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal history clearance and security clearance check. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.
