OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to join a client engagement focused on a large-scale transformation. In this role, you will lead strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, creating a clear and consistent narrative that connects complex transformation efforts, builds understanding, reduces uncertainty, and supports adoption. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE: Develop and execute strategic communications and stakeholder engagement plans for complex transformation initiatives. Create a clear, consistent transformation narrative that connects related projects, changes, and implementation activities. Develop targeted communications for diverse audiences, including key messages, executive materials, FAQs, toolkits, bulletins, digital content, and information packages. Lead and support stakeholder engagement through town halls, forums, advisory groups, workshops, consultations, and surveys. Translate complex policy, technical, and operational information into clear, audience-appropriate communications. Establish communications roadmaps and governance to ensure coordinated messaging, executive alignment, and effective risk management. Partner with leaders and project teams to identify stakeholder concerns, manage competing priorities, and support successful adoption. WHAT SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED: Demonstrated experience leading communications and stakeholder engagement for large-scale transformation initiatives. Experience supporting complex transformation programs involving significant policy, technology, or operational changes. Proven ability to develop strategic communications and cohesive messaging for diverse and geographically dispersed stakeholder groups. Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex policy, technical, and operational information. Strong executive communications, stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills. Experience with stakeholder consultations, workshops, forums, surveys, and other engagement activities. Ability to think strategically, navigate competing stakeholder priorities, and manage multiple communications needs in a complex transformation environment. Experience supporting complex public-sector environments, such as government, healthcare, or education is highly preferred. WHY MARINER?
