You will be responsible for the "front-of-house" experience, ensuring consistency, organization, and most importantly helping our patients stay committed to their prescribed care programs. *Key Responsibilities* * *Patient Advocacy:* Actively encourage and help patients commit to their treatment plans to ensure the best health outcomes. * *Front Desk Mastery:* Manage check-ins, professional scheduling, and patient billing with high accuracy. * *Administrative Flow:* Maintain a consistent and organized front desk environment, handling multitasking with ease. *What We?re Looking For* * *Experience:* Previous experience working in a *Physiotherapy or Chiropractic* clinic or a rehabilitation setting is *required*. Familiarity with Telus Health is an asset.
