In this role, you will collaborate closely with assembly foremen, fellow journeymen, and apprentices to build, wire, program, and commission state-of-the-art automated equipment, ensuring every project meets our rigorous quality standards and delivery timelines. *What You?ll Be Doing:* * Step into a high-energy role where your technical expertise directly fuels our production line. You will join a tight-knit crew of elite electricians rooted deep within our core assembly department. * This isn't a role where you operate in a silo. You will be a vital link in our manufacturing chain, collaborating daily with assembly foremen, fellow journeymen, and apprentices to complete production on time and to quality standards. * You?ll wire complex industrial equipment, build control panels from the ground up, and program, integrate, and commission advanced automated machines. * You?ll troubleshoot, repair, and service electrical equipment and parts, reviewing engineering drawings to ensure all applicable codes are maintained. * From shop organization, control of non-conformances, monitoring resources, to supporting design and development, your expertise will be felt across the floor. *What You Bring to the Circuit:* * You hold a valid Electrical Journeyman Certificate. * You?ve got proven, hands-on electrical control building experience. * You have a strong mechanical aptitude, a meticulous eye for detail, and the creative thinking skills to solve problems on the fly. * You?re highly self-motivated, proactive, inquisitive, and able to think outside the box. * You thrive both independently and within a team, backed by strong decision-making, communication skills, and reliable, consistent attendance. *Why You?ll Love Working With Us* We know that a great job is about more than just the work you do.
