We are located in Aero Park in NE Calgary. We are seeking a *motivated and responsible individual* who wants to be part of a dynamic warehouse team at our Canadian facility. The ideal candidate will work in both our *shipping and receiving department and showroom*, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of our warehouse operations. The right candidate is *reliable, organized, and a strong communicator* a person who can work independently, take initiative, and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. This person communicate effectively with our Director of Operations and retail customers as needed. This position is a full-time position. Standard hours are 8-5, Monday to Friday. Duties & Responsibilities *Warehouse* * Pick, pack, and ship outgoing customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Receive incoming shipments, verify products, and stock inventory in designated locations. * Assemble and label raw parts for inventory. * Perform regular inventory counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area. * Assist with general building maintenance and facility cleanliness. * Follow established warehouse procedures and safety practices. * Work closely and communicate effectively with the Director of Operations and other team members. *Showroom* * Assist walk-in customers with over-the-counter sales and product orders. * Verify and process customer orders accurately. * Provide professional and helpful customer service. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom. * Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout all work areas of the facility. Qualifications * 1?2 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred, but not required. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to safely lift up to *25 kg (approximately 55 lbs.)*. * Experience operating a *pallet forklift* preferred. * Preffered language English * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently when needed. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic team environment. * Willingness to learn multiple aspects of warehouse and showroom operations. * Takes initiative and is willing to assist wherever needed. * Background check and Drug testing may be required as a condition of employment, *where permitted by applicable law*.
