Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities: Set up, program and operate Milling/Turning/Lathe CNC machines Load, verify, and set up tools/inserts as required Conduct first-part and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools Troubleshoot machine issues Continuously optimize setups to reduce cycle times and improve production efficiency Log working hours and time tracking for work orders Performing basic maintenance as needed Ensure quality parts are being produced Qualifications and Skills Minimum 5 years of CNC milling/turning/lathe setup experience Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T Strong knowledge of CNC tooling, offsets, and troubleshooting techniques Ability to work with tight tolerances and ensure precision machining Skilled in the use of precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize machining processes Pay will be based off of previous work experience.
