Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the following: * *Delivering Orders*: Transporting pizzas and other food items safely and promptly to customers' locations. * *Navigating Routes*: Knowing and following efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries. * *Customer Service*: Providing friendly and professional service when interacting with customers during deliveries. * *Handling Payments*: Collecting payments from customers, if required, and returning change accurately. * *Maintaining Vehicle*: Ensuring the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. * *Following Safety Procedures*: Adhering to traffic laws and safety standards to maintain a safe driving record. * *Assisting in Store Operations*: Helping out with tasks inside the store during non-delivery times, such as preparing orders or answering phones. * *Managing Orders*: Organizing deliveries efficiently, especially during peak times, to minimize wait times for customers. * *Communication*: Communicating effectively with store staff and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. * *Problem Solving*: Resolving any issues that arise during deliveries, such as incorrect orders or customer concerns, in a professional manner. These duties ensure that delivery drivers contribute to the overall customer experience and operational efficiency of the pizza store. Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Knowledge of local roads and routes. - Excellent time management skills.
