Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget . Monitor staff performance . Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Train staff. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Cuisine specialties: Japanese cuisine. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Organized. Team player. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
