*Overview* Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Your mechanical aptitude and experience with warehouse management systems will help us maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and order fulfillment while contributing to a thriving logistics environment. *Responsibilities* * Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently * Assist with order picking, packaging, and preparing shipments for delivery while maintaining accuracy and quality standards * Conduct heavy lifting tasks and handle materials with care during loading and unloading processes * Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems * Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean work environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper load securing for transportation *Qualifications* * Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting is highly preferred * Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers; certification is a plus * Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods * Construction or heavy equipment operation experience is advantageous * Strong attention to detail in order picking, packaging, shipping & receiving tasks * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Join us today to become part of a motivated team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
