*Job Summary* We are looking for a motivated *Carpenter Apprentice* to join our growing team. In this role, you?ll work closely with our lead hand or foreman to support framing and metal cladding projects, maintain a clean and organized worksite, and ensure tools and equipment are ready for use. If you?re eager to learn, comfortable with physical work, and have a passion for building, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and career. *Responsibilities* * Follow direction from the lead hand or foreman * Assist with framing, cladding, and assembly of structural components * Perform heavy lifting and use power tools safely and effectively * Maintain a clean, organized site and equipment trailers * Work with a variety of materials including wood, metal, and concrete * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard * Bring a positive, ?can-do? attitude and willingness to learn every day *Qualifications* * *2-3 years of carpentry or framing experience preferred* * Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform labour-intensive tasks * Basic knowledge of power tools and their safe operation * Experience with metal cladding is an asset (training available) * Comfort working around heavy equipment is advantageous * Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship * Punctual, reliable, and dependable team player * *Valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle required* * *Must be able to occasionally travel out of town Monday?Friday (hotel and LOA provided); daily transportation to our SE Calgary meeting point* * *Weekends as required* *Why Join Us?* If you?re a quick learner with a strong work ethic and the right attitude, you?ll thrive here.
