*Maintenance Coordinator* Grande Prairie Care Centre, a professionally operated care facility, is currently accepting applications for a skilled Maintenance Coordinator. If you?re passionate about keeping facilities in top shape, this role might be perfect for you! *Responsibilities:* * Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs, including working with vendors for troubleshooting heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. * Handle minor plumbing and minor electrical work (changing fixtures for example). * Conduct minor painting, repair drywall, and maintain the building to a high visual standard *Requirements:* * Collaborate effectively with management, staff, and others in the maintenance team. * Physically capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50lbs and working in out and indoors. * Possess basic building maintenance knowledge relating to heating, cooling, hot water systems. * Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. * Full-time work Monday to Friday. Very limited overtime required. *Additional Skills:* * Work independently with minimal supervision. * Proficient with computer use and Windows Office and MS Outlook. * Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities to help problems solve. * Any expertise in setting up a PC, modem, WIFI, would be an asset.
