Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Advise customers on indications, contraindications, adverse effects, drug interactions and dosage. Dispense prescribed pharmaceuticals to customers or to other health care professionals. Order and maintain stock of pharmaceutical supplies. Advise customers on selection and use of non-prescription medication. Check prescriptions for proper dosage. Manage the storage, packaging and distribution of medicinal products . Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
