We're hiring a full-time Telehandler Forklift Operator to operate equipment safely and efficiently across both our facility and outdoor construction sites. You'll be moving glass and building materials in tight, active work environments, so precision, safety awareness, and good communication with the crew are essential. Responsibilities * Operate a telehandler forklift to load, unload, lift, and transport glass and construction materials, including to elevated heights on site * Work safely in both indoor and outdoor environments, including active construction sites with limited space * Coordinate with site crews and warehouse staff to keep material flow on schedule * Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues * Follow all site safety protocols and procedures Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience operating a telehandler forklift in industrial/outdoor settings and tight construction sites * Conversational English required * Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian required * Friendly, adaptable, and a strong team player * Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites * Valid telehandler/forklift operator license/certification required * Working at Heights certification required * Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members * Strong physical stamina with the capacity for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork drive success.
