As a Security Guard, you will play a key role in protecting property, preventing security incidents, and supporting safe, efficient operations at assigned locations. *Duties:* * Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism. * Conduct regular patrols to ensure site safety and protocol compliance. * Control access by verifying IDs and logging entries and exits. * Observe and promptly report suspicious activities or hazards. * Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies. * Complete accurate daily and incident reports. *Requirements:* * Valid *Ontario Security Guard Licence* (Required). * Previous experience in security or law enforcement (preferred). * Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control procedures, and loss prevention techniques (considered an asset). * Strong situational awareness with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. * Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills. * Reliable, adaptable, and available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. *Why Join G-Force Security* _At G-Force Security, we value professionalism, teamwork, and integrity.
