Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Install electrical controls and panel boxes. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Install, test and adjust safety control devices. Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained. Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and building codes. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations. Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices. Install electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures and other electrical components. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
