Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain livestock performance records. Maintain quality control and production records. Milk cows. Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens. Maintain work records and logs. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 3-4 people.
