VFX project manager

We offer excellent pay based on experience and performance, as well as medical, dental and RRSP benefits to qualified employees. *Job Description* Project Managers will be expected to start at the head office (21 Milvan Dr) each morning to discuss daily tasks with field staff and attend sites to supervise and co-ordinate staff and trades (excavation, Steel, plumbing, electric, concrete, plaster decking, landscape, etc.). They will review and interpret construction drawings, site surveys, conduct site visits and assessments, develop and manage project budgets, construction oversight and quality control, select, schedule and manage subcontractors and vendors, communicate with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Good communication skills and strong work ethic is a must! *Requirements:* * "G2" or "G" Driver?s License is a must * Project Management experience and knowledge is a must. * Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and basic estimating. * Strong knowledge of pool construction methods, equipment and materials. * Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills * Safety certifications (e.g. WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, etc.) an asset. *Work hours:* Monday to Friday 6:30 am till approx, 5 pm. The hours may extend based on client?s need.
