Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar is looking for individuals to join our kitchen team. We are currently hiring experienced Line Cooks, who have a minimum of 2 years experience working in fast paced environments. This position is hands-on with opportunities for the successful candidates to learn and expand their skill set. *Duties and Responsibilities* * Prepare food for restaurant guests * Cook menu items to spec * Perform inventory checks * Ensure recipe ingredients are checked for quality on a consistent basis * Help develop new menu items * Ensure kitchen is held to the highest health and sanitation standards at all times * Continually look and recommend ways to improve processes, procedures, and reduce coasts *Performance Expectations:* * Strong organizational skills * Able to work well in a team environment * Recognize when help is needed and not be afraid to ask for help * Positive and eager to learn * Possess a great attitude * Professionalism in all interactions with guests, staff, and co-workers *Experience Required:* * Several years experience in a high volume kitchen preferred Steamworks Group of Companies values diversity and inclusion and encourages all qualified people to apply.
