If you take pride in your workmanship, enjoy working directly with homeowners, and want to build a long-term career with an established local company, *we want to hear from you!* What We Offer * *Competitive wages* * *Medical, dental & vision benefits* * *RRSP * * *Full-time, year-round employment* * Permanent position with an established, growing company * Family-owned and operated business with *30+ years in the industry* * Professional and supportive work environment Your Responsibilities As a Residential Install Technician, you will: * Install *residential furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment* * Complete installations safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards * Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on every job * Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process * Explain the proper operation, care, and maintenance of newly installed equipment * Provide exceptional customer service in the customer's home * Collect customer payments on site when required * Complete work orders, paperwork, and required documentation accurately * Submit required paperwork daily according to company policy * Represent *My Fireplace* in a professional, courteous, and customer-service-focused manner * Work effectively both independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For *Required qualifications:* * *2 years of residential HVAC installation experience* * Experience installing residential *furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment* * Valid *G2 Gas Technician and/or 313D licence* * Valid *Ontario Driver?s Licence* * Acceptable driver?s abstract * Working at Heights training * Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety * Excellent customer service skills * Strong problem-solving and time-management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, punctual, and dependable * Professional appearance and attitude * Pride in workmanship and attention to detail THE RIGHT FIT We're looking for technicians who don't just install equipment ? they take *pride in doing the job right*.
