As the Commissioner's representative in the region, you will play a key role in promoting linguistic duality, language rights and compliance with the Official Languages Act. You will develop and implement strategies and action plans, while establishing and maintaining lasting relationships with communities, organizations, associations and decision-makers across various sectors to advance the Office's priorities. You will provide strategic advice and recommendations to the Commissioner and senior management, while ensuring the Office's official representation with partners, on interdepartmental committees, regional federal councils and at public events. You will also contribute to the effective management of the regional office, including human resources, coordination of material resources, and compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
