Working closely with their direct supervisors and our safety and continuous improvement teams, this position oversees production, labour needs and utilization, quality control, efficiency, inventory controls and machine capacity planning. With a staff of 25-40 people, Woodtone Production Managers are process driven and highly effective people leaders, exemplifying the company values through their actions and decisions and in turn mentoring desired behaviours & actions with their people.
