*Overview* *Rooh Hayathi* is currently hiring an experienced *Arabic Chef* to join our team. We are looking for a skilled and reliable professional with strong knowledge of *authentic Arabic cuisine* and traditional cooking methods. The successful candidate must have a minimum of *1 year of professional Arabic cooking experience* and hands-on experience preparing *authentic Mandhi*. The candidate should be confident in preparing traditional Arabic rice dishes, meat and chicken preparations, marinades, spice blends, sauces, and accompaniments while maintaining consistent quality and taste. *Responsibilities* * Prepare authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes * Prepare traditional *Mandhi* * Handle meat and chicken preparation and marination * Prepare Arabic rice, sauces, spice mixes, and accompaniments * Maintain consistent taste, quality, portioning, and presentation * Complete daily kitchen preparation and mise en place * Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures * Maintain a clean and organized workstation * Control food waste and properly rotate inventory * Work efficiently during busy restaurant service *Experience* * *Minimum 1 year of professional Arabic cuisine experience ?
