Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment. Inspect operation of telecommunications equipment. Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware. Repair or replace defective telephone equipment. Complete and maintain test and service reports.
