The Educator will provide individuals, families, and groups with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses. Services include: advising family members, providing patient education and support, and making referrals to appropriate services. The Educator may also provide care; case management or interventions designed to promote health, support cultural/traditional practices, and address barriers to access healthcare.
