The Fredericton Inn is a full-service hotel and convention center located in the uptown shopping district. *We are looking to hire a part-time (guaranteed two shifts) evening dishwasher*. _*Full weekend & holidays availability is a requirement for this position.*_ THE ROLE: Contributing to the exceptional service by ensuring high quality and the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage facility and assigned workspace. Maintaining a well-organized and clean area with assistance of restaurant servers and kitchen staff. Day to Day: * Operate all kitchen equipment. * Wash dishes, glassware, etc., by hand when necessary. * Restock all supplies. * Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water. * Stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner. * Remove all garbage, recycling and compost from designated areas routinely. * Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary. Physical Effort * Heavy lifting required, must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. * Standing for long periods of time. * Walking for long periods of time. * Lifting, bending and pulling. * Criminal record check may be requested. * Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/arrive early if required.
