Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines. Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC). Determine weldability of materials. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products. Start up, shut down, adjust and monitor robotic welding production line. Read blueprints and drawings. Type of materials: Stainless steel. Steel, iron and heavy metals. Equipment and machinery experience: Arc welding machine. Gas welding machine. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
