This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and technical expertise will make a tangible impact. *Responsibilities* * Manage procurement activities for all projects to ensure timely sourcing of all materials and components. * Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues promptly. * Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock audits, and optimize storage practices aligned with lean manufacturing standards. * Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules, ensuring smooth operations. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by processes and implementing efficiencies in procurement workflows. * Prepare reports on inventory levels, procurement status, and vendor performance for management review. *Requirements* * Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, and material coordinating within a manufacturing environment. * Strong familiarity with Fabrication and material requirements. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and demand planning techniques to optimize inventory levels. * Ability to interpret data from client Bills of Materials and IFC Drawings. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple priorities simultaneously. * Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders across departments. * A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities to address supply disruptions swiftly.
