We are committed to safety, operational excellence, continuous improvement and exceptional customer satisfaction. *Why this role matters* As Lindahl continues to expand, we are seeking a hands-on *Engineering Manager* to lead our engineering and design operations. In this role, you will lead our design team and act as the central technical liaison across project management, site operations, sales, and external Professional Engineers (P.Eng). You will ensure all projects are executed on schedule, strictly adhere to applicable building codes, and optimize available material inventories.
