Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development. Cut agricultural crops. Direct farm grooming activities . Greenhouse cleaning. Harvest seedlings. Oversee the process of hoeing crops. Weeding. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 11-15 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
