*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to supporting the development of each child, including those with special needs. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. *Duties* * Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. * Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. * Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication. * Collaborate with other educators and specialists to support children with special education needs or disabilities. * Maintain organized classroom materials and resources to ensure an effective learning environment. * Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay current with early childhood education trends. *Experience* * Proven experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential. * Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively. * Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. * Experience or knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable. * Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate children to learn. * Familiarity with strategies for supporting children with disabilities is a plus.
