This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for completing projects at a high level of detail and premium finish. *What We Offer* * Competitive hourly wages based on experience * Consistent, year-round work * Overtime opportunities * Professional, well-organized job sites * Opportunity for advancement * Stable company with long-term growth plans *Responsibilities* * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion * Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and other hand tools * Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications * Perform restoration work on damaged or aged surfaces in residential and commercial settings * Use rigging techniques to access hard-to-reach areas safely * Operate power tools safely and efficiently during the painting process * Coordinate with carpentry or other trades as needed for surface preparation or repairs * Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations * Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met on time * Maintain clean, organized work areas * Deliver high-quality work that meets company standards * Moving ladders, paint cans, and other painting equipment * Finding ways to reduce the costs of equipment and supplies * Keeping work areas neat and clean * Checking inventory, and requesting paint and other supplies when needed * Cleaning up job sites and disposing of waste materials properly *Requirements* * Proven experience in new custom home painting ,residential re-paints, restoration and commercial painting. * Custom staining. Stairs, handrails, mantels, beams * Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately * Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, rigging, caulking, and finishing techniques * Strong understanding of residential and commercial painting practices * Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently * Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members * Ability to work at heights as required by specific projects * Luxury Residential finishing background or related experience preferred but not mandatory * A commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship * 5+ years of professional painting experience * Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation Required This role is vital in delivering durable and aesthetically pleasing finishes across various projects.
