assistant executive housekeeper

*Overview* Seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Personal Assistant who is open to performing a multitude of tasks. Looking for approx 8-10hrs weekly, spread over 2 days. Preference for working days to be Mondays and Wednesdays and hours flexible within those days (typically any time between 10 am and 2 pm on the Monday and anywhere between 9 am and 4 pm on the Wednesday). Reliability is extremely important in this role, as I have a lot of on the go and need someone I can count on. And ideally seeking someone for the long-term. Opportunity to grow the days/hours in future if desired and if willing to expand on tasks especially on the admin side. The ideal candidate will have professional cleaning experience. Drivers license and vehicle are required for groceries and errands. Basic computer skills would be an asset for occasional admin tasks. *Duties* * Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting/wiping/sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, laundry (home is approx 1600 sq ft; 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath; generally kept very organized; no pets) * Grocery shopping, dropping off returns or donations, other basic errands * Updating calendars, scanning of documents, downloading invoices and statements, filing * Maintaining small lawn and gardens in the summer *Requirements* * Driver's license and vehicle * Computer skills, including but not limited to familiarity with Word, Excel, Chrome browser, Google Drive * Professional cleaning experience would be an asset, but is not a requirement Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Flexible schedule Application question(s): * Can you confirm that you have a vehicle and drivers license for running errands? * How comfortable are you in your computer skills? * Did you see in the job ad that this position is for 2 half days a week?
