Howitt Construction is a busy excavation company based out of Red Deer. We're looking for a local experienced *excavator* operator to load highway trucks on a road construction project on Hwy 11 between Eckville & Benalto. Candidates must be able to perform all the skills in the Scope of Work, and work in a safe manner following all policies and procedures. *Work Details* * 7 days a week, 7am to 6pm, * Long weekends off (4 days), * Must have own transportation to and from work. *Excavator Scope of Work:* * Minimum *4* years of excavator experience, * Maintain grade it cut area, * Safely & efficiently load highway trucks, * Working around other heavy equipment & ground personnel, * Complete walk arounds, * Fuel and grease own machine. _*PPE Requirements*_ * Steel toed boots, * High visibility safety vest, * Gloves.
