Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This position is ideal for a candidate with hands-on experience across key digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and performance analytics, with the ability to manage campaigns and drive ongoing optimization. What You Will Do * Perform in-depth keyword research to uncover valuable search opportunities. * Work closely with cross-functional teams using tools such as Confluence and Jira. * Execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and rankings. * Use tools such as Semrush, Moz, and other analytics platforms to evaluate competitors and track performance. * Analyze website performance in Google Analytics and translate findings into clear optimization actions. * Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve reach, efficiency, and conversions. * Troubleshoot technical SEO and indexing issues using Google Search Console. * Improve local search performance through Google Business Profile optimization and localized content. * Stay current on SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep strategies effective. * Support broader marketing efforts through social channels, including Instagram and RedNotes. What We Are Looking For * Practical experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile. * Working knowledge of social media marketing, especially Instagram and RedNotes. * Familiarity with email marketing and campaign execution. * Experience with SEO platforms such as Semrush, Moz, or comparable tools. * Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
