Part-Time B2B Sales Representative *Commercial Cleaning Services | Oakville, * *Burlington,* *Mississauga* *Job Overview* We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-driven *Part-Time B2B Sales Representative* to join our growing commercial cleaning company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building business relationships, and working independently. The position is approximately *3 days per week, 5 hours per day*, with the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows and based on your availability. *Compensation:* Hourly wage + commission and performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities * Conduct *B2B outside sales and business-to-business prospecting* throughout Oakville, Burlington, and Mississauga. * Visit local businesses and introduce our commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services. * Identify and develop new business opportunities with offices, commercial properties, property managers, and other businesses. * Make outbound sales calls and follow up with prospective clients. * Develop and maintain positive relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers. * Send professional email introductions and follow-up communications to prospective clients. * Schedule appointments and site visits for potential customers. * Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities. * Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales and lead-generation goals. *Qualifications & Skills* * Previous *B2B or outside sales experience* is an asset. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, confident, and professional approach when speaking with business owners and decision-makers. * Comfortable with *cold calling, face-to-face sales, and networking*. * Excellent time-management and organizational skills. * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Professional phone and email etiquette. * Strong customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and growing client relationships. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence are an asset.
