Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and enthusiasm will contribute to the overall excellence of our hospitality environment. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. * Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care methods to ensure a pristine appearance. * Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency. * Follow established protocols for sanitation, safety, and infection control to uphold health standards. * Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality. * Adhere to hotel policies regarding security procedures and confidentiality at all times. * Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain overall property excellence. *Requirements* * Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred. * Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning. * Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning agents. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. * Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Previous experience in housekeeping is a plus but not required.
