Your responsibilities will include: * Spraying products using air-assisted airless spray equipment on a moving overhead conveyor. * Meeting daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. * Organizing materials, equipment, and supplies within the spray department. * Labeling and returning used materials to the proper storage locations. * Keeping your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized. * Following all company safety and quality procedures. *What You'll Bring:* We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have: * At ;east *3 years of experience* using industrial paint spray systems. * Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. * Knowledge of both solvent-based and water-based coatings. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * An aptitude for problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Legal authorization to work in Canada. * Reliable transportation.. *Why Join Us?* We believe great people make great products.
