We currently have Banquet Server positions available at Coast Capri Hotel! The *Banquet Server *is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are demonstrated at all times when assisting and serving guests. This role reports to the Banquet Captain and Banquet Manager and is responsible for serving all food and beverage for the various functions, setting up each function room and cleanup afterwards. *Duties and Responsibilities:* · Prepare and set up room as per clients? request (event order sheet) · Greet clients/guests and provide efficient and timely food and beverage service. · Be able to perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 25lbs · Provide exceptional customer service to guests by clearly communicating and resolving challenges to ensure guest satisfaction · Assist with turnovers, tear-downs and all other service functions related to the event · Other duties, as assigned *Qualifications & Skill Requirements:* · Hospitality or Food and Beverage experience is essential · Must be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision and be able to stand for extended periods of time · Must hold a valid Serving It Right? Certificate · Excellent communication skills · Required to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays (hours will vary).
