*Job Type:* Casual / Part-Time / Independent Contractor *Schedule:* Flexible, based on patient demand *Compensation:* Competitive percentage split based on experience About the Role Shift Physiotherapy is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Scarborough seeking a *Chiropodist* to join our team on a casual/part-time basis. We are primarily looking for someone with experience in *custom foot orthotics, biomechanical assessments, orthopaedic footwear and foot-related conditions*, with the opportunity to also provide general chiropody services within their scope. This is a flexible opportunity suitable for a practitioner looking to build an additional caseload within an established rehabilitation clinic. Responsibilities * Perform foot, gait and biomechanical assessments * Assess and prescribe custom foot orthotics * Complete casting, foam impressions and/or 3D scanning as appropriate * Fit, dispense and follow up on custom orthotics * Assess and recommend orthopaedic or custom footwear * Provide shoe modifications and bracing recommendations where appropriate * Assess and treat common foot and lower-extremity conditions within scope * Provide routine chiropody/foot-care services where applicable * Maintain accurate clinical documentation * Communicate and collaborate with physiotherapists, physicians and other healthcare professionals * Complete appropriate insurance documentation for orthotics and footwear Qualifications * Registered Chiropodist in good standing with the *College of Chiropodists of Ontario* * Current professional liability insurance * Experience with custom foot orthotics and biomechanical assessments * Strong knowledge of footwear, gait and lower-extremity biomechanics * Excellent communication and documentation skills * Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary setting Preferred Experience * Custom orthotics casting and/or 3D scanning * Orthopaedic/custom footwear * Shoe modifications * Working with orthotic and footwear laboratories * Diabetic foot assessment and care * Private-practice experience Why Join Shift Physiotherapy? * Flexible casual schedule * Established multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic * Internal referrals from physiotherapy and other services * Front-desk and administrative support * Treatment space provided * Opportunity to grow your own chiropody, orthotics and footwear caseload * Clinic support with marketing and service development *Work Location:* In person ?
