*About Us:* Boon Bakery is an artisanal gluten- and dairy-free bakery with many vegan options, proudly serving our community with handmade breads, cookies, and sweets. We?re passionate about creating high-quality baked goods with no compromise on taste or quality. *Position Overview:* We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic baker to join our team from Monday to Friday, 6AM-2PM and 7AM-3PM. This role will focus primarily on producing our popular cookies, squares, and cake ensuring each batch is consistent, delicious, and beautifully crafted. *Key Responsibilities:* * Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of cookies, squares, and cake according to recipes and production schedules * Ensure consistency in quality, appearance, and taste of baked goods * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with food safety standards * Manage inventory of ingredients and notify management of supply needs * Assist with other baking tasks as needed (breads, cupcakes, etc.) * Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals *Qualifications:* * Previous baking experience (professional or home-based with strong skills) preferred * Knowledge of gluten-free and dairy-free baking an asset, but training can be provided * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail * Strong organizational and time management skills * Team-oriented attitude with a passion for baking *What We Offer:* * A supportive and creative work environment * Opportunity to learn and expand baking skills in a specialty bakery * Staff discounts *How to Apply:* Please submit your resume through Indeed with a brief note about why you?d be a great fit for our team.
