Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Human services, general. Social work, other. Work setting: Community agency. Social service or charity agency. Community and social services. Tasks: Prepare reports or case histories. Supervise support staff. Administrative and office activities. Perform administrative tasks.
