We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Automotive Sales team. The ideal sales associate's role focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences by greeting, advising, and assisting customers with vehicle selection and test drives, while learning the sales process, product knowledge, and dealership operations under the guidance of senior staff. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicle features, coordinating with the finance department, and maintaining positive customer relationships to contribute to sales goals Key Responsibilities * *Customer Engagement:* Warmly greet and assist customers in the showroom or online, understanding their preferences and needs to guide their vehicle search. * *Product Knowledge:* Learn and present detailed information about vehicles, including features, equipment, options, warranties, and potential financing. * *Vehicle Demonstrations:* Conduct in person or virtual test drives with customers, providing guidance and answering questions about the vehicles' performance and capabilities. * *Sales Support:* Support senior sales associates and managers in larger sales operations, learning the sales process and contributing to dealership goals. * *Customer Relationship Management:* Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and providing follow-up support. * *Administrative Tasks:* Assist with paperwork, maintaining sales records, use computerized inventory systems and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
