This is a forward-facing, extroverted role focused on helping patients clearly understand, accept, and move forward with recommended treatment?while keeping the office running efficiently. *This role is perfect for you if:* * You have strong assisting skills and enjoy coaching guests toward their oral health goals through education and treatment planning. * You believe that straight teeth are healthier teeth and have a background closing orthodontic cases. (Invisalign + Damon Ultima) * You know there is no age limit on a confident smile and get excited to help guests with cosmetic enhancements to give them the upgrade they deserve. * You view health care follow-up as serving, rather than selling.
