This is not an hourly-rate or salaried position.* As an Independent Contractor, you are self-employed and work within our salon on a *commission-based structure*, meaning your earnings are based on the services you provide rather than the number of hours you work. As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for managing and reporting your own income and applicable taxes.
