Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Construction. Various locations. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Train or arrange for training. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Leading/instructing individuals. Supervision: 5-10 people. Security and safety: Bondable. Basic security clearance. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Willing to travel. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
