Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget and deadlines properties. Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Custom sheet metal items. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. Sheeting and cladding. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads.
