*Duties* - Efficiently take customer orders and process payments using the POS system - Provide excellent customer service by promptly greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns - Prepare and present beverages and food items according to established recipes and quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service *Skills* - Cashiering: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide friendly and helpful service to customers - Help: Willingness to assist customers with their inquiries or requests - Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math calculations for cash handling and order processing - Food Service: Knowledge of food service procedures, including food handling and preparation - POS: Experience using point-of-sale systems for order processing and payment transactions - Food Handling: Understanding of proper food handling techniques to maintain food safety standards - Food Industry: Familiarity with the operations and regulations of the food industry - Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety practices to prevent contamination and ensure customer health Note: candidates with experience as a barista and/or in the food service industry will be given priority.
