Whether you?re passionate about food service, hospitality, or customer care, this position provides a lively platform to showcase your skills and enthusiasm. *Duties* * Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are maintained. * Assist servers by refilling beverages, clearing plates, and resetting tables to promote smooth service flow. * Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding order accuracy and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas throughout shifts. * Support food preparation tasks when needed, including plating or portioning under supervision. * Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and hygiene standards at all times. * Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders or assist with cash handling when required. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. * Knowledge of food handling safety standards and basic food preparation techniques. * Experience working with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous. * Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly across the floor, and lift moderate loads as needed. * Familiarity with cleaning protocols and maintaining sanitation standards in a busy setting. * Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude and energetic approach to work.
